Question - How Long are shipping times?

Answer - Your products will ship within 1 to 5 days of you placing an order, and then it takes 15 - 25 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at PrimeraLife has an estimated delivery time that you can find in each product description.

Question - Can I track my order ?

Answer - All deliveries are sent with a tracking number. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to our delivery service’s website and a tracking number.

Question - My tracking says my order has been delivered but my package is missing. What can I do ?

Answer - Missing, lost or stolen packages must be reported to us as soon as possible or within 20 days. Unfortunately, if your package is missing or lost, we can not accept liability but we will do our best to work with you to file a claim with your local courier.

Question - What's PrimeraLife's return policy?

Answer - Instead of returning items, you may contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, along with a photo, and We'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Question - Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your order within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you can your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of 3 things - Recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it!

Question - What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us and we'll give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us

Question - Does PrimeraLife offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.

Question - How long does it take for customer service to reply ?
